This HSEQ APP is the Norwegian company add energy's shared tool for experience sharing in add energy. Anything that may contribute to HSEQ related learning* is of interest. *re. Health, Safety, the external Environment and Quality; including customer complaints, efficiency, security, work environment, human rights and social responsibility etc. CODEX: Be accurate, be constructive, depersonalize. The experience report generated from using this app is to be e-mailed to your line manager; or if so agreed then directed to a case handler in the relevant add company. The recipient should respond with a confirmation. Be aware: This app is developed to improve case handling, data collation and statistics in add energy. It does not replace notification and immediate follow-up / emergency response.
